Delivery Details |

Delivery charges start at $90.00 plus $2.50 per round-trip mileage, from our studio in Lake Villa IL to the event location. This delivery charge may fluctuate based on delivery location, number of delivery stops, and load. |
Delivery and setup services are not available for events with a total order value under $1500. Certain exceptions may apply, at our discretion. |
Delivery is complimentary for all Lehmann Mansion and Barrel Room events. |
Setup Details |

Setup charges are calculated at $100.00 per hour, and per design team member. The final calculated fee may fluctuate based on the amount of setup required, which is determined upon completion of the design plans, approximately one month prior to wedding date. |
Return & Teardown Details |

Return & teardown charges are calculated at $100 per hour, per design team member, plus the total amount of the delivery fee. The final calculated fee may fluctuate based on the amount of labor required for teardown, which is determined upon completion of the design plans, approximately one month prior to wedding date. |
You may opt to teardown and return any rental decor items to our studio, immediately following the event, at no additional cost. However, this option does not apply to all rental items (e.g. arches, display stands, etc.) |
Discounted, flat fee of $150 available only for Lehmann Mansion and Barrel Room events. |
