Thank you so much for the compliment of entrusting me with the floral and decor for your wedding day. I am honestly SO EXCITED to work with you!! Yes, I say this to everyone... because I really do love this gig... :) From now until about a month prior to your wedding date, I won't really need to do anything with our design plans, so you may not hear from me. HOWEVER, if at any point you want to touch base, for any reason, I am always happy to schedule some time to meet or chat on the phone. Can't wait! Talk to you soon, Andrea
Cancellation Policy
Because all floral items are custom-made, and require advance preparation, orders may only be canceled thirty (30) days or more prior to your event date, in which case a full refund on all unutilized monies paid (less the non-refundable retainer payment) will be remitted. Orders may be postponed thirty (30) days or more prior to your event date, at no penalty; a specific postponement date will be required for approval and scheduling. For orders canceled or postponed within thirty (30) days prior to your event date all monies paid will be forfeited. Certain exceptions may apply, but only at the discretion of Larkspur & Leo.
