We’re looking for reliable, hardworking folks to help with event tear downs. This role is all about showing up at the end of weddings and events to break down floral installations, pack up rental decor, and return everything safely to our studio. You’ll be great for this if you: Can lift and carry heavy items and move around comfortably Have a valid driver’s license and your own vehicle (bonus if you're okay driving a U-Haul) Are dependable, friendly, and a good communicator Don’t mind late nights and working on your feet Pay starts at $25/hr and varies depending on the project and location. We’re looking for a hands-on, flower-loving helper to join our studio crew! As a Floral Design Assistant, you’ll support our designers with all kinds of behind-the-scenes magic—prepping flowers, organizing supplies and rental decor, keeping things tidy, and lending a hand with arrangements, deliveries, and event setups. This might be for you if you: Love being around flowers and want to learn more about design Are organized, detail-oriented, and happy to jump into whatever’s needed Can work on your feet, with little to no physical limitations, lift/move buckets and boxes, and stay cool under pressure Are friendly, reliable, have a good sense of humor, and enjoy working with a team You’ll get hands-on experience with floral care and design basics, plus a peek into what it takes to pull off beautiful events. We’re looking for someone creative and self-motivated to help bring our floral designs to life online. This role is all about capturing the magic of what we do—weddings, events, everyday flowers—and sharing it in a way that feels natural, beautiful, and on-brand. What You’ll Do: Create and post photo + video content across our social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, and Pinterest) Tell the story of our work through engaging captions, reels, and behind-the-scenes moments Keep our content calendar organized and on track with seasons, events, and launches Engage with our community—respond to DMs, comments, and connect with fellow creatives Track what’s working and help us grow in a thoughtful, authentic way What We’re Looking For: A strong eye for aesthetics and storytelling—especially in photo + video Someone who loves flowers, design, and beautiful details Confidence using tools like Canva, Google Drive, Wix Editor, and social media editing features Great writing skills and a natural tone that matches our brand voice Comfortable working independently, with some flexibility for on-site shoots when needed
